Free Shipping and Insurance by UPS is available for a limited time in the lower 48 states of the United States for any Western Bronze Sculpture purchases weighing less than 150 pounds shipped by UPS. An additional charge of $0.50 is added for web site "Buy Now" orders. The larger bronze sculptures weigh in the 25 to 70 pound range. For shipments that exceed 150 pounds, (such as "Tendin' The Herd") requiring crating and freight delivery, add $140.
RETAIL SALES TAX must be added if the sale is to a Washington resident, unless it is a wholesale sale to a licensed Washington business. Deliveries to customers outside the state is not taxed. "Out of state retail customers" taking possession at a Washington selling location will be required to pay sale tax effective July, 2008. Refer to Washington sales tax Rate schedule below or apply 8.6 sales tax rate.
All western bronze sculpture shipments are packed using bubble wrap and foam. Always open the box and inspect the bronze sculpture if there is any damage to the box or evidence of careless handling. If the bronze sculpture is not examined at time of the delivery and you see damage to the box, if possible, indicate this to the driver on the shipping receipt as "uninspected". If you later find damage to the bronze sculpture, you have 3 business days to report it to UPS. That is why the shipment is insured! If a bronze sculpture is damaged in shipment it is important that Robert Broshears Studio and UPS be notified within 3 days of the delivery so that the sculpture can be replaced or repaired.
Before unpacking the box look for any special instructions for removing the bronze from the box. In most cases you can simply cut the top of the box open and remove the packing and sculpture. Larger crated shipments require specific directions to remove the crate and any internal supports from the sculpture.

Prices are subject to change, however, the current price displayed for the bronze sculpture will be honored at the time of the order. Western bronze sculptures in stock and available for shipment require payment in full, including sales tax if required. Western bronze sculptures not in stock require a foundry lead time of approximately 8 to 12 weeks, and a 50% deposit at time of placing the order. Balance is due prior to shipment of the bronze. If a sculpture is sold out it will be posted on the thumbnail image.
